Why Do People Still Go To The Mall To Shop For Christmas
I often ask this question to myself all the time. With the birth
of the internet you can do all your shopping from home and save
money. The price of gas just to get to the mall should be enough
right there alone. If you figure you spend ten dollars to get to
the mall and ten dollars to get back that is enough for another
gift.
I didn't even mention the impulse buys that always seem to pop
up when you are at the mall. This is more wasted money. If you
took the time to go shopping for gifts ...

Getting Started Again
Dear Jen, I am a 31 year old woman and haven't dated in 3 years.
I went through a bad break-up and haven't been the same since.
How would you suggest I get started?
Signed, Broken but Mending
Dear Broken and Mending,
Let me start by saying I am sorry to hear about the pain you
have had. As they say, "time heals all wounds". I would normally
advise anyone to take their time to work on themselves first.
Before you dive into the dating pool again, you need to be
certain that you are feeling good ...

Personals - Advice For Seniors Dating Online
How to date online for seniors Merely registering as a member on
online dating sites does not guarantee that you get the perfect
match. As a senior trying out his or her chances in online
dating services, you should clearly state what you are looking
for in a mate. Otherwise, how would the site give you its
prospective matches?
Dating online with success is not hard if you remember some tips
to guide you through the process. For example, you may be a

Changing Careers Without Quitting Your Job
When most people hear the term "Career Change" the first thought
that often comes to mind is handing in your resignation and

their own company. Changing careers with your current employer
is a lot easier than you might think.
Staying with your current company has many benefits for you and
your employer. You get to keep your current benefits, skip the

Who Do I Have To Be?
I recently attended a teleclass on Business Turnarounds and the
instructor asked this question in many ways and in many
situations. The more I heard it, the more powerful I realized it
is.
It is a very simple, very effective way to envision the future
and to identify the gap between where you are and where you want
to be. Who 'do' I have to be to [fill in the blank]?
There is no limit on the answer. you have the 'right' answer or
answers inside you.
For example, who do I have to be to make ...

The Cost of Online Dating
I have been receiving emails from my readers asking: "Is there a
list of online dating services that are completely free?" The
truth is, that of the online dating services that I have tried
and reviewed, none of them are completely free. There may be
some online dating services out there that will not cost a dime
for any of their features, but I cannot attest to their quality
or the quality of their other members.
Most online dating services either offer a free trial or a part
of their ...

Wise Women Win
They say that women are too emotional. And when it comes to troubles, the women are much too engrossed in them. You may have seen women back in your elementary and high school days pushing each other, slashing spiteful words at each other, pulling each other's hair, and the likes.
This behavior is quite integrated naturally into the persona of the women in general. Wherever you go, there are those bullies who make meddling with the lives of others their utmost business. In the corporate world, ...

If You Try To Learn It All At Once...You'll Never Get There
"If You Try To Learn It All At Once... You'll Never Get There"
copyright 2001-02 John Evans
Remember when you were in school, and had to cram for a test?
'All that material'! 'How am I ever going to learn it all'?
That may be a classic case of "overload", or so it seemed at the
time.
Back then, we HAD to "learn it all", right then and there. We
had no choice, if we wanted to pass.
Running an online business, though, we do have a choice.
Maybe a common problem with many people, when they decide ...

Who The Bleep Are You, Anyway?
Self-identity? Who are you really? We identify with many things,
but this is just a process in our minds. In fact, this
identification causes us to suffer.
Your favorite basketball team loses, and you suffer as though
YOU lost. Your car is damaged and it feels like YOU are hurt.
Somebody attacks who they think you are, and it is as though
they could actually reach inside and poke at your true self. Is
there a way to escape this unecessary drama and pain?
Perhaps, if you can see what you are ...

"How Internet Marketing Made Me 'Drop-Dead' Gorgeous!"
"Those who know their minds do not necessarily know their
hearts." La Rochefoucauld
Internet marketing fascinates me. It fascinates me so much that
I am at the computer 12 hours a day. However, after a few months
I noticed that my posterior was beginning to spread out and fit
the contours of my desk chair a bit too comfortably. I was
getting very pale and for the first time became aware that gray
was now my natural hair color.
Action was needed and this is what I did:
' Because I was getting up ...

Online Grocery Coupons: How They Work And Where You Can Use Them
Millions of Americans use grocery coupons to save money. Although a large number of individuals do use grocery coupons, there are even more people who do not. That is because many individuals feel that purchasing a newspaper, sorting through the coupons, and then clipping them out is too time consuming. How would you feel about using coupons if there was an easier way to get them?
Clipping coupons from a newspaper is still possible, but it is becoming the "old way," of doing things. Many ...

THE SEVEN STEPS TO ABUNDANCE
Here are my thoughts and steps on how to to "design a life"
..instead of been blown about by the winds of life (like a paper
bag), or the currents, like a jelly-fish. Enough similes!
1.Find the VISION. Unless you know where you're going, you are
unlikely to get there. Any place where you are is a good place
to start.
Ask yourself:
What activities have you most enjoyed in the last 10 years?
What is fun? What do you treasure?
What do you most want to be doing in the next 10 years?
I'd love to ...

Finding The Right Online Training Program
The concept of distance learning applied to online career training is not very new. This form of learning emphasizes on the usage of an instructional system, design and technology. These are incorporated in an effective manner to deliver education to students, who cannot receive education "on campus". The "learn at home" courses have always been around, though initially they were mail oriented. When an individual signed up for a course, he received manuals and books via mail. The regular mail ...

Customer Disservice
I recently had a problem, and called my ISP (who shall remain
unnamed) for help. I could not dialup to the ISP and get
connected. I let this ride for a day, in the event they were
having a problem, but the next day when I still couldn't get
connected, I gave them a call.
After listening to their computerized message, which told me
everything except how to brush my teeth, I finally selected the
appropriate option. I was given the approximate hold time,
(which I appreciated) put them on the ...

How to avoid buying rubbish. Find out how to make sure the item
It's happened to all of us at sometime in the past. You buy

worse and that's when something doesn't actually work quite as

cheated!

consumer goods has been steadily declining over the years.

'There is one quality which one must possess to win, and that
is definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what one wants and
a burning desire to possess it.' - Napoleon Hill (author of the
classic book, 'Think and Grow Rich')

established.' - David J. Schwarz (author of 'The Magic of
Thinking Big '- an excellent book by the way!)
